Calories of the whole day: ~ 862
Plus, I’ve done this mini workout mentioned below, so I suppose a part of the chocolate is burned off. I know I could have cut out the dinner as well, but I felt like I need to eat a real meal today. That’s no reason to feel bad, isn’t it?
This is my official “before” picture. I know, my figure isn’t a complete mess - my legs look nice if I stand in front of someone and there’s a little gap. But my ass and arms are massive and I’ve got some fat on my belly. I’m also not really athlethic, so there are no muscles, it’s really fat. I mean, look at my boobs (not in a perverted way) and compare them to my belly and ass. The proportions just don’t fit. I want to be all skinny and all flat. Even if guys and most of the girls pretend to like curves - hey, I don’t like ‘em. (:
