Lunch: nothing (also slept too long O:)
Dinner: rice (462 calories)
Snacks: chocolate (~ 400 calories)
Drinks: 2l water, 1l coke light
Calories of the whole day: ~ 862
Plus, I’ve done this mini workout mentioned below, so I suppose a part of the chocolate is burned off. I know I could have cut out the dinner as well, but I felt like I need to eat a real meal today. That’s no reason to feel bad, isn’t it?
